Employment: Ms. Knafelc has over 20 years of experience in the rehabilitation field; working across the age spectrum from pediatrics through geriatrics. Her work settings  include public schools, in-patient and out-patient hospital settings; owner of a rehabilitation business that specialized in back to work head injury programs; other contracts included; out-patient, long term care and home health. She has specialized dysphagia certifications in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulations (NMES)and Deep Neuromusculature Stimulation(DPNS). She is a member of the American Speech- Language Hearing Association and the International Association of Rehab Professionals (IARP).

Ms Shieff has over 10 years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor, case manager and life care planner. Prior to her professional experience, Ms. Shieff served in the military as a musician in the Berlin Brigade Army Band.
